Specific Character
Plumb Fast PB Pipe is made of Poly Butylenes material which is a resin party of the poly Orephine extracted from Poly Buden-1, it has an outstanding corrosion resistance and chemical resistance, so widely being used for the interior and exterior pipe laying material.

Plumb Fast PB Pipe is superior in tensile strength and breaking resistance, abrasion resistance and durability, so able to use semi-permanently, particularly superior in cold proof and suitable for the pipe laying in our country.
Creeping Nature with Heat Proof Pressure Roof
Plumb Fast Pipe is superior in heat proof due to the using temperature from -20 to the extent of 100, so excellent in creeping that command the durability of product than any other kind of resin.

Plumb Fast Pipe is light and easily bending and so easily able to carry even in a narrow space also displays an excellent efficiency during the pipe laying work for the Korean under floor heating system as they are soft and easily bending.

The material itself has a strong elasticity and impact resistance and so possible to protect from freezing broken, enable to protect from the loss of defect.
Suitable for The Centrifugal Heating System

How To Carrying Out Work

A. Cutting Pipe
Cut the pipe at a right angle at which indicated cutting line with the cutter
|
B. Insert The Support Sleeve
After removing out the dregs which was produced on the cutting pipe portion and insert the support sleeve into the pipe.

C. Insert Pipe To The Connected Portion
Hold the pipe joint horizontally and push completely into the indicated spot. (Use Lubrication oil)

D. How To Refix
In case of failed to coupling, completely separate the pipe and coupling kit after opening the cap and assemble orderly clip ring, washer and O-ring to use. This time the clop ring should not be re-used and necessarily to be changed
